I'm on a mission to make myself and my body bikini ready. I started aqua aerobics yesterday and even though my workout schedule will not be consistent this week (concert) I definitely have my sights on the prize.
Working out used to be the next best fad to me. It would happen sporadically like every other month and I would say...hey I want to workout now! After the 15,000 time quitting...215 pounds...my dad; a personal trainer, giving up...I finally just said I am going to change. 2011 was the year that I made this decision now dancing and working out is embedded in me. Slow Transition
Hello World! My weight is still the same (up and down), but I am definitely seeing the inches melt away! I put on my jeans that I bought three years ago and I fit them. Yea! I haven't been able to fit them since I bought them...fell prey to laziness and not trying them on. Currently, I am at 183. I was doing so good until I felt the need for pizza today. I told myself that I would not change what I eat, but I would change the portions. One thing that I don't do as much is eat sweets like crazy...but I do love them though! Working on myself one day at a time. Work really cramps my working out style...definitely need to remedy this problem immediately. Looking for advice still need to lose weight to be healthy for myself and my son.
